Olga Pasichnyk was born in Ukraine. She learned to play piano and studied music pedagogy in her native city of Rivne, Kyiv Conservatory and the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw. In 1992 she became a soloist of Warsaw Chamber Opera.

Olga Pasichnyk is a winner of International Competitions of a vocal singing in Hertohenbosh (Netherlands, 1994 — II place), Mirjam Helin International Singing Competition in Helsinki (Finland, 1999 — II prize) and The Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition (Belgium, 2000 — III place).
